Fixing a Common Knitting Loom Error

Ever seen this on your knitting loom before?

One of the most common errors when using a knitting loom is ending up with three loops on one peg because one of the loops didn't get removed before casting on another row.

First, use your hook to lift the top loop off of the peg.

Leave the hook in the loop so that it doesn't get lost.

Grab the bottom loop with another hook or your fingers.

Lift the bottom loop over the top just like you normally would.

Push the top loop to the bottom of the peg.

Use the hook to replace the loop you removed earlier.

Make sure the loop crosses over itself just as it would when you first cast it on.

Now, lift the bottom loop over the top loop as usual.

And you have a peg with one loop and no hole in your knitting!
